1. You send us the photo(s) via email.
The best photos to ours are clear photos. If the artist can see the faces or main object clearly, we can certainly create an artwork of masterpiece quality for you. When sending photos by email, If there is any problem with your photos, we will contact you right away. Our email is artspringchina@gmail.com

2. Pay the paintings:
You can pay by paypal, credit card, western union, t/t, and so on.

3. We start to paint your photo
We have talented artists who specialize in different styles and subjects (oil portrait, scenery oil painting, pet portrait, charcoal sketch drawing, pastel portrait etc.) We will send your order to the most suitable artist for it.

4. We evaluate the artwork, and email it to you if it meets our quality standard.
We have dedicated quality control specialists who inspect the artwork and communicate with the artist. If the artwork does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist for recreation.

5. You can request for modifications if necessary after reviewing.
We will email you your artwork images for your review. Most of our customers approve the artwork once when receiving the first preview email. However, please feel free to email us any modification request if there is any reason that you are not satisfied with your artwork.

6. We process your emailed feedback.
If you request for modifications, we will modify your artwork according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifications online in another email once the modification is done. We can repeat the modification process until you are satisfied with the artwork.

7. You approve the artwork online once satisfied with the artwork.
Simply let us know once you are satisfied with the artwork.

8. We deliver the artwork to you.
Your artwork will be shipped in a well protected package. We will include our contact information along with the artwork in case if you have any questions.
